'Delivered': The product has been successfully delivered to the user and the order has been completed

Users have the right to check the tracking information of orders at any time through designated channels.

Users should ensure that the provided contact information is accurate and effective in order to receive notifications and reminders for order tracking.

If users discover errors or abnormal situations in order tracking information, they should promptly contact our customer service team for verification and handling.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

OTHER TERMS

The title of this order tracking clause is for convenience of reading only and has no legal effect.

If any provision of the tracking terms of this order is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforcement of other provisions.

We have not exercised any rights or terms in the tracking terms of this order, which does not constitute a waiver of such rights or terms.

The above order tracking terms shall take effect from the date of the user's order placement.
